KATE ROUSE

The Out of the Book series of paintings are based on themes from Kate Rouse’s book, A Spiritual Handbook for the Modern Era, subsidy published in 2013.
Kate wanted to share the ideas visually as well as through the written word. The book was written after a bad bout of pneumonia when Kate contemplated her mortality.
