An eclectic collection of wildlife portrait art
Portrait Emporium is my colourful and quirky celebration of some obscure, intriguing and much-maligned characters from the wilds of nature.
Nature always has a special place in my heart and it’s been a great pleasure – and a challenge! – to paint and draw these wonderful animals. I wanted to showcase some lesser known and less popular animals and found myself discovering some curious new characters along the way. Nature continues to impress me.
Using various art mediums and techniques, I created each portrait as a lighthearted and independently unique impression, aimed at capturing each animal’s personality and individuality.
